The FAX machine at the reception desk on the first floor can send and receive faxes (*for a fee).After the arrival of a fax, we will contact you promptly using your preferred method. We will forward faxes concerning urgent matters and faxes that arrive during your absence or during business trips to your specified contacts. Faxes may be converted to data and sent through e-mail.
We will handle mail, door-to-door deliveries, and forwarded mail at the reception desk on the first floor. *In cases of large packages, we may carry them to your office even while you are absent. (Your permission will be required in advance.) When you need to have mail shipped, please hand it to a concierge. They will take responsibility for shipping the mail.For door-to-door deliveries, we have prepared a special letter of transmittal. Please ask a concierge. (Limited to specific home delivery companies.)
Additionally we run a variety of services convenient for offices. The shower room, multifunction office devices installed on each floor, and kitchens are available to be used freely. Please feel free to use them.
